How long does it usually take to receive custom made jewelry?
It generally takes between 20 to 25 business days to manufacture custom made jewelry, whether it is a ring, bracelet, earrings, pendant or necklace. In addition, it takes up to 5 business days for shipping, depending on your location.
Do you have jewelry items that don't appear online?
Yes. We are constantly getting new items although it takes a few days to photograph and upload them to our website. Please feel free to ask us if you don't find what you're looking for online.
How often do you add new jewelry items to your website?
Weekly. So check back often to see what's new.
I found a jewelry item on your website that I like. Is it available?
In general, all the jewelry items that appear on the website with a bag are available. Please feel free to ask us about any jewelry item you see on our site so we may check on its availability. If it is not available, we may have a similar one to offer you.
What kind of certifications do your diamonds have?
The vast majority of our stones with more than 0.30 ct are certified by GIA. In addition, we have some stones graded by EGL, IGI, HRD, all prestigious labs, and by our in-house GIA Gemologist.
Are your stones natural, or are they treated or enhanced in any way?
All of our stones are 100% Natural Diamonds and have not been treated or enhanced in any way.
I have a specific type of stone in mind that I don't see on your website, can you get such a stone for me?

Can you create a ring of my choice that is not already on your website?
Yes, in fact we specialize in custom design jewelry. You can either show us what you have in mind or let our jewelry designer come up with something unique and special just for you.

What is a wire transfer?
Wire transfer is wiring money from your bank account to D Color Diamonds Inc. bank account, sometimes referred to as a "bank transfer".
How are wire transfers made?
Simply provide the wiring instruction for the jewelry item(s), to your banker, advise the amount and SKU -stock keeping unit- number of the item for reference and that's it, the Bank will do the rest.
Can I pay by credit card?
You may pay by credit card, which uses Authoriza.net as a clearing company.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments may be made through bank wire transfer, Authorize.net, or any of the major credit cards Authorize.net accepts.

What do I do if my engagement ring doesn't fit when I receive it?
We are happy to resize the ring for you within 60 days. Simply e-mail us to arrange the resizing.
Is my deposit refundable?
In the event that you decide to cancel your purchase, all online deposits are fully refundable. Refunds will be completed within 4 business days of cancellation via the same means of payment in which the purchase was made.
